Try On Service

Being a predominantly online service, and also one that provides pretty frocks for people looking for their event - I was keen for people to have the opportunity to try on dresses before committing to booking one for their event. So, I thought the Try On service will help people decide before they hire!

Try On items must all be returned before the 3rd night of hire.

For free in-person Try Ons, please just contact me to arrange or the postal option is £30 non-refundable for up to 2 dresses.

Returns label will be printed and in the reusable package already. You will need to return it by the 3rd night.

All tags must be kept intact, regardless of wanting to book the dress out or not.

If you decide to book one of the dresses out for your event, just send both back, all tags intact, and book via the website. If you decide to book one of the dresses out for your event after Try On; you will receive a £5 refund per Try On dress you decide to book out :) I’ll be able to keep track of whether a booked dress was from a Try On, in order to give the £5 refund.

Dresses are subject to availability and first come first serve. Payment will be required on booking to secure the dress hire; no holds.

If you do not want either of the Try On dresses - just send the dresses back, all tags intact with its original packaging.

Please be aware that it is advised to use this service no later than 3 weeks before your actual event date - this is to give me time to check, clean, prep the dresses.
