What is the “Try On Service”?

Jaeger is a high-end English fashion brand, well known for their use of high quality natural fibres. It was first established in 1884. Jaeger began attracting a younger client base in the 1960s, partly due to a revival in British fashion but also because of the influence of Jean Muir (fashion designer), who joined the company in 1956 and was put in charge of its more fashionable Young Jaeger brand, staying for six years before branching out on her own. During the 1960s, Jaeger clothes were modelled by Jean Shrimpton and photographed by David Bailey – giving it credibility with a younger audience.

This 1960s candy pink short shirt dress has delicately gathered, puffed short sleeves, and button down front detail. The cute cream buttons are slightly off centre, and there is a flattering V neck. There are gentle gathers at the shoulders and also on either side of the waist; forming a very flattering shape.
This pretty dress includes a fabric belt, with complimentary matching shades of pink, cream white and neutral brown. Two functional side pockets; one at each side.
Cream and neutral brown piping along the sleeves, neckline and shoulders subtley sets off this shirt dress beautifully. Unlined. Material has slight stretch.

Perfect for tea parties, work do lunches, and dates!
